The fibrin provides the support structure for the cancer's feeding tentacles. When those are taken away, the tubes collapse. making it harder for nutrients to get to the cancer cell.
Wiping out the fibrin coating also exposes the cancer cell to the immune system.
Spicy food dissolves fibrin.

Also oxygen rich body cancer can't survive in

There is a book about Dr. Emanuel Revici called The Doctor Who Cures Cancer. It turns out Warburg was right but not completely right.
Cancer does indeed thrive when respiration is replaced by fermentation of sugar. But there is an opposite situation where cancer also thrives. That is when there is too much free oxygen (O1 instead of O2).
According to Revici, if you treat the person as if they had too much fermentation when they actually have too much free oxygen, their cancer will get worse. This is why over alkalizing for too long can result in cancer.
People who have been eating an alkaline diet for years get highly perplexed when they end up getting cancer because they had assumed they were doing the right thing, based on Warburg's discovery. Then they don't know what to do. Sometimes they double down trying to become even more alkaline only to see their cancer spread. It can be very disheartening to them.

You are so correct.
I believe the #1 cause could change with what is happening at Fukushima. Radioactivity is THE most potent cancer causer if there is enough of it. Should the place explode, which there is every indication it will at some point, a lot of people are going to be getting a great deal of exposure.
In the US our food is anywhere from 3 to 20 times higher in radiation levels than before Fuku took place.
By the way, radiation's mechanism is to produce free oxygen. So treating those cancers with an alkaline diet would be disastrous.
Pray for me.
