....You can always ask 'demon, what is your name?' if you want to prove it to yourself.

Demons rarely give truthful answers, let alone their name. That's a Hollywood fairytale

It seems the most obvious cases are such, but the vids jollyr posted ,are probably closer to the truth than most people realize.

Possession ,for a demon,is a feather in ite cap . Suicides, addictions ,murder ,are all common goals .
Demon is not a proper word ,because they are essentially just souls, with base intentions.
Souls of this nature never advance karmically. They strive to bring good souls down
If a person is malleable ,mores the better.
I believe cases like the Amityville horror are just such cases .
They influence the weak,to do heinous things .
Killing your whole family being one.
Rapists ,serial killers ....

There's a fine line between possession and true mental disorder ,in my opinion. This is why some do not respond to medications .
Modern medicine won't admit it ,but you can see it in the eyes . Sometimes ,they're have brain issues, and sometimes, someone else is driving the car .

In cases with devoutly religious people ,I think its half and half .
Some are susceptible to suggestion, and in some cases ,its fun to mock the one god.
Catholics ,with all their guilt, are perfect targets .
And its no accident they target children . Easy prey .
No one religion has a monopoly on demons and exorcism .
Its as old as humanity almost .
Jews ,muslims ,numerous afro Caribbean religions, all have exorcists .
The catholic church just likes everyone to think only they can slay a demon .

No, they have to answer that question and truthfully, that's the only question they ever answer in my experience, they will give a name. Casting out seems fairly pointless, it will just shift to another body in the vicinity or re-possess the original 'vehicle' after a coupla minutes.

They only started the war
Why should they go out to fight?
They leave that role to poor

Must be nice for you, I miss that, but unfortunately I had the illusions ripped from me. This is how the world really works.

I remember reading transcripts from an exorcism and the possessed person (the demon) was asked...

"Where do you come from?

And the demon replied...

"We come up through the floor boards!

"How do you get your name?

"We fly through the grave yard and take names from the old tombstones!

There's some seriously messed up ones on YouTube .

Sugggestion :
If you don't believe in god or demons ,then just don't post on the thread ...

Every claim deserves a counter claim and counter evidence that should be heard and considered and taken into account...

When I see filmed footage of a supposedly possessed person who is able to levitate objects on camera, speak in languages they dont understand backwards, know things they couldnt possibly know and perform other inhuman acts and not just yell and scream hysterically (like anyone could do) then I might believe in humans able to be possessed by demons...

yuh like I said earlier, think about the most famous example of possession in the world, Judas, did he go into movie style bizarre behaviour, or was he just more or less his normal self that went out and did evil? Did Judas do projectile vomiting, impossible physical contortions? No he didn't, he just looked and seemed like the Judas people in that area at that time had known. Films like the £xorcist give a false impression of how common, normal, everday, undetectable (except if you've learned to spot it) possessions are.

Sorry for using anonymous ID, I know it gets confusing, but I think I'm identifiable by my sentiments which dont' change and my writing style.

I always felt my own ego was as close to any real devil as I could get.

Don't get me wrong, it still rears it's fugly head and god knows I'm far from perfect, but not concentrating on me me me has made me a much happier person.
