I read it here:

I'm not one to argue with archaeologists. I wonder what they see that we don't?

I only worked with archeologists once in my working career as an office administrator, but when things were slow there they asked me to clean the artifacts they found.

It was the team excavating the intended Highway 407 (toll) that is north of the Queen Elizabeth Highway in Ontario.

Yes, I wondered about some of them as well, but they seemed to know their stuff.

Keyword is 'seemed' damned.gif

I'm sure they knew things, but the way they ignore finds that don't fit in their academic view of things make them look unprofessional and narrow minded in my opinion. 13.gif

as a fertility figure she sure is missing the tummy bubble

and no , her hands are free

and no
it is an inch and a half long so it is not a Mother Goddess
it
is
most
likely
one
of
two
matching
pieces
worn
on
the
ear
lobes

gold
is
pliable
and
if
soft
enough
the
legs
can
be
bent
open
and
closed
around
the
ear lobe

just that simple , it's ancient bling

Quote:The woman has a long and slender body, which may have been made out of a thin bar of gold. The head is elongated with a protruding jaw and incised hair. The breasts are sagging and below both shoulders are notches, indicating that her arms have been tied around her body.

They found five figurines altogether, here is a pic.

Bound to be worshiped just as highly as it is now .

ROACH CLIP ,,, heheh heh

You know the reason why the word roach clip was invented?

'cause "pot holder" was already taken. chuckle.gif

Her hands are clearly visible framing her belly, fingers and thumbs and all. I'm not sure why those notches would indicate she's been tied. Gold is pretty soft so it could have been tied or have those indents caused by some other factor after it was made for whatever reason. Dunno.

ever see an arrow head

they are notched

know why ?

thats where the thong foes when you tie them to the shaft

so i would say this was a Fetish for a necklace
and the notches are where the strap goes .

and the archys always have it wrong

you can buy people with funds for a dig

here's $2
what you find fits the bible,, ok ?

and i'll fund your next one too .

as long as everything you find ,,, fits the bible

we are Orme Dei, we are Vatican Secret Service
all your artifacts are ours
