Coarse sea salt, its the only kind I buy.

i get the himalayan pink salt.
its what they have at the healthfood store near me.

yeah i read alot about all kinds of stuff years ago.

researching all the things that are supposed to be good is a long process lol

some dont work for me.. some my body doesnt like.. it takes awhile to test them all.

but i know pretty well now. i mean there are still lotsa things to know of course but

i have most of the basics down.
in fact, it was from reading about elderberries that i knew that one answer in the quiz lol

I knew the elderberry answer too because I planted one on my backyard for the berries after reading about the health benefits.

yeah. some things like that i remember.

but honestly i wouldnt know an elderberry plant or bush or whatever, if i saw it.
i just knew the effects

i think i will stick to camping with a cabin that has running water though, just
sayin
