Quote:Torrent of propaganda, foreign arms, and political sabotage seek to fulfill broader plans for destabilization.

Over the last week, the US has been outright caught lying – admittedly by Pentagon officials, regarding Russian gunships being shipped to Syria. In New York Times’ “Copters in Syria May Not Be New, U.S. Officials Say,” a senior defense department official admitted when US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton made her fraudulent claim regarding Russian weapon shipments, she “put a little spin on it to put the Russians in a difficult position.”

The New York Times continued by stating, “Mrs. Clinton’s claim about the helicopters, administration officials said, is part of a calculated effort to raise the pressure on Russia to abandon President Bashar al-Assad, its main ally in the Middle East,” indicative of the campaign of propaganda and lies orchestrated by the US State Department, the British Foreign Office, and Western and Gulf State news outlets around the world to demonize both the Syrian government and its extensive allies around the world, contrary to the facts on the ground.

LOL yeah, we're not used to this... 15.gif

Celebrities have been pushing for 'humanitarian intervention' for some time already as in selling this war with the help of media.

Fuckers.

The prospect of getting into it with Russia makes everyone a little nervous. Living next door to Russia makes one even a bit more nervous. 13.gif
Glad Finland has stayed the ğck out of NATO, however there is an Open skies treaty that would allow US and NATO to fly over Finland to get to Russia.
Some very frightening prospects in the cards, I'm hoping the US and NATO can use some common sense and restraint here. As if that will happen. bored.gif

No they can't do that according to the open skies treaty, but since Finland has been making a real effort sucking NATO dick it could turn nasty anyway.

iagree.gif Russia has been dead serious about hands off Syria. A fractured Syria would be helpless to go to Iran's aid too.

Iran, Russia, China, Syria to hold drill

TEHRAN, June 19 (UPI) -- Iran, Russia, China and Syria plan to conduct a joint military exercise in the Middle East in coming weeks, the semi-official Fars news agency said.

Citing "informed sources" the agency said some 90,000 troops from the four countries are expected to participate in land, air and sea maneuvers off the Syrian coast, including air defense and missile units.

Some 400 warplanes and 1,000 tanks will take part in the exercise, the agency said.

Egypt has granted authorization for 12 Chinese warships to sail through the Suez Canal, and Russian atomic submarines, warships and aircraft carriers, and Iranian battle ships will dock at Syrian ports in the next two weeks, the agency said.

During the exercise, Syria will test its air defense systems and coast-to-sea missiles

The Russian Defense Ministry denied on Tuesday media reports that it is sending a warship from the Baltic Sea Fleet to Syria and it also dismissed reports of upcoming foreign military exercises in the Middle Eastern country.

Media reports said the Kaliningrad, a Ropucha II Class Large Landing Ship, was en route to the Mediterranean and the Syrian port of Tartus.

“The only right thing about these reports is that the Kaliningrad is indeed part of the Baltic Sea Fleet,” a Defense Ministry spokesman said.

“The Kaliningrad is currently taking part in the Celtic Week [festival] and will soon return to its home port,” he said.

“There are no plans for it to participate in any long-range deployments.”

Commenting on reports about large-scale international exercises in Syria with the participation of Russia, the Defense Ministry official dismissed them as an attempt to “further escalate the situation in Syria.”
