Quote:The current liquidity crisis on the southern periphery of the Eurozone now appears likely to spread to all of Europe, and then globally. There are already quiet electronic bank runs in progress in Greece and Spain. On Monday, a bank "holiday" was announced in Italy. More bank runs will likely follow. As of today, Wednesday, June 13, 2012, I strongly urge all SurvivalBlog readers to immediately draw down their checking accounts and liquidate their CDs, passbook savings accounts, and most of the their stocks to buy tangibles

this guy knows his shit, very seldom wrong about things. here's a headsup... time to pull out your cash. Shit is about to hit the fan.

Quote:Moody's slashes Spain debt ratings three notches

Credit ratings agency Moody's Investors Service cut its rating on Spanish government debt on Wednesday by three notches to Baa3 from A3, saying the newly approved euro zone plan to help Spain's banks will increase the country's debt burden.

Moody's, which also said it could lower Spain's rating further, cited the Spanish government's "very limited" access to international debt markets and the weakness of the national economy.

The rating is on review for possible further downgrades, which could come within the next three months, Moody's said.

Looks like all this is a
comin' unraveled at
the seams. I don't reckon
anybody can patch this
thing up no more.

Misterbumps, I think your best bet would be a bicycle. A moped or motorcycle would of course be faster, but then you'll only get as far as you've got fuel. I'm counting on roads being plenty clogged up so there will most likely be some off road traveling involved. Good trekking shoes is always a good idea.

hug.gif Morning Shadow! I read speculation that another bailout may be necessary just so Greek banks can keep handing out cash! There are rumblings from Germany that it's prepared to give paper fiat in exchange for other countries riches, gold and other PM's. wtf2.gif
Who's going to sign up for that?
