German brothers and sisters are on the verge of being able to have sexual relations without worrying about breaking the law and going to jail. A government committee has said laws that ban incest are a violation of right to sexual self-expression.

lol.gif There was a brother and sister that did that a few blocks from where I grew up.
They were both barely above retarded. Nasty stuff, I was appalled to hear about it at the tender age of about eight ffs.

i move in some twisted circles i think.. and im not like that at all, quite prudish in lots of ways sexually (lived in a threesome relationship for 6 months though, thats about as out there as i get)..

ok, there was D and J, both very good looking, from a very wealthy family, and they did it growing up.. D is mostly straight but has a ███ fetish (he sticks extra large bottles up his ███ im talking crazy big, he ended up in hospital with one stuck up there a year ago)

then there is Ross, a gay man from New Zealand, who's brother sodomised him the whole time they were growing up, brother is straight now and denies anything ever happened..

then there is this other gay guy who used to work in my dads pub who used to give all his brothers ███ whilst growing up, and he was shocked when i said i would never do that, he thought that everyone did that..

these are all really normal people, so its quite common.. people always tell me weird things, i dont know why, im just someone that people feel open with, i guess i must give off a non judgement energy about me, and i dont judge them.. sooo..

edit to add, then there was yvonne, an irish girl i worked with who when she was drunk would let all her dark secrets out, i so didnt want to hear them, and she was adopted, as were all her "brothers and sisters" and she had sex with her brother quite a number of times, i think it was quite regular, even though they werent blood related, its still kind of incest to me.. yeah?

You can marry your cousin in a bunch of states in the US. I really don't see anything wrong with that escpeically if the two people truly love each other. Marrying your brother or sister though is a big difference though since they are immediate family and the blood line is very close and also because it's the people one is closest to and grew up with.

Cousins are a different matter entirely, still... a family reunion is probably not the best place to try and pick up chicks and such.

other than in the usa we don't try to solve problems on an emotional base. (we no longer try it... we tried it twice and it didn't end very well for europe and the world...)
the argument for incest was: sexual self-determination.
the argument against it was: possible disability of the children that may come out of such a relationship.

the current law against incest (which is still in force after the vote of the ethics council btw) is a confinement of sexual self-determination and therefore against the free development of the person. in addition it's against the rule of non-discrimination because persons with disabilities like e.g. the down syndrome are allowed to make children although it's for sure that their children will be disabled. so the ethics council came to the conclusion that a law against incest isn't right because it discriminates a certain group of people.
the only reason why the anti incest law is still in force is because european courts (european court of human rights) have also decided against incest and german courts are bound to european courts.
