Ok, anybody who reads here should know we've been cutting sugar and grain out of our diet so how do you do bread?
Simples! Make it out of stuff you can handle!
I made this shït up myself and it's fantastic!
To those who don't know wtf I'm talking about, just google cutting out grains and sugar out of your diet.
Anyways, I googled a lot of recipes and baked a lot in years passed so I just made use of what I had and came up with a fantastic bread.
It'st the Almond brothers bread:
half a cup of almond flour or mixed down almonds
half a cup of sunflower seeds mixed as finely as they get
1 dl of potato fibers or I imagine coconut fibers or something of that nature
1 tbsp cumin seeds
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 deciliter (less than half a cup) of potato fiber (thinking this can be replaced with anything such as coconut flour especially)
1 tbsp psyllium seed husks
a little water
salt, almost a tsp.
I baked it at 200 degrees C for 20 minutes
I flattened it out to approximately 1.5 cm and maybe 30 cm diameter, ğck I'm not measuring. But this is one of the first recipes that was a complete success from the get-go. Just cut it open and add some cottage cheese or whatever gets you there. Om nom nom.
Left out the cumin seeds first time I made it and it ruled the world, we just happen to like them so we added them.
If you don't like cumin, add something you like or not. Not necessary though. The bread is very good as it it.
