I am glad your shack is waterproof considering the weather. Remember for added warmth...many layers in all things and sleep in two sleeping bags. How did you cook the rabbits you killed?

great thread. would love to hear more about your daily life in the wilderness. Have you seen a film called Into the Wild?

I can see by your coat my friend you're from the other side. Just one thing I got to know. Who won?

Good old rabbit stew. drool.gif

I have several sleeping bags and they are army issue, so I won't be getting cold.

I am making cider for medicinal purposes of course. beerbong.gif

Hi Shadow. Well the storm is somewhat over for now but has left it very cold. It must be below freezing outside!

Not seen that film. As to hearing more about my daily life, that is dependent on the weather as I have a sat link for internet and it's not so good in bad weather.

I will report as and when I am able though.

Glad you like the thread. I hope we all can learn from this experimental off grid living. We may need it sometime.

I've been thinking about making cider as well. It's been a great apple year and everyone's got too many of them. How did you press the apples?

I would think it's easier to feel lonely in London than out in the wilderness. At least for me dunno.gif

Anyway, I found this homemade apple press chuckle.gif
