I dont and I wont see this reality through rose colored glasses...

The young want to be old..."I cant wait till i'm 21 years old"

And the old want to be young..."I wish I was 21 years old"

Its so painfully obvious to realize how its so shockingly clear to see...

The evil sinister insidious curse of growing old from the cradle to the grave...

Wow...Damn...What...The...F##k >

So if she was a gorgeous woman at one point and you married her because you loved her, would you have left her when you guys grew old?

My grandfather said "once a man, twice a baby" about getting old.

That may or may not be true and I've often thought and said that myself, along with the eye opening fact of seeing the photos of recently married people in our local newspapers and how many of them have very similar looking faces, but that cant and doesnt change the fact of all too easily noticing the incredibly disturbing polarities between what we are and what we look like and feel like and how we act when we are born and what we become and how we feel and act if we're lucky?! enough to grow old and not die young and how growing old is an obviously evil sinister insidious curse in my opinion...

Well I'm blessed with good genes, my 98 y/o Grandma looks way younger than the woman in your picture. She still has all her teeth too chuckle.gif

Growing old is just a part of life and I so much appreciate my talks with my Grandma. She has it totally going on upstairs and I have to watch my step or she might start trolling me. lmao.gifhi5.gif

You've hit the proverbial nail on the head...

All that really matters is our good health, because without that we have nothing...

My moms 70 and still looks like shes in her 50s and my grand parents and great grand parents on both side lived till their 80s and 90s and thats probably the only reason why i'm still alive and kicking and healthy after hammering my body continuously for years burning the candle at both ends (*-*)

Although my nana and uncle both died when they were only 59 years old,but she got zero exercise for many years and he drank himself to death...

That's right AK. It's pathetic to see old people pathetically battle against age when they in fact should have assembled a bunch of wisdom to share with us? No?

Yes Beyond Smolensk, health is everything. We don't appreciate it until we lose it unfortunately. Well, actually my Grandma taught me to appreciate it and the only medical issue she has is a bad knee. blink.gif She's sharp as a knife upstairs an I can only hope to be like that when/if I get to be 98.

I hear way too many young people (f###en a$$ holes) making fun of old people...

Because they're terrified to face what they know they'll become...

So ridiculing and denying old people is easier for those jerkoffs to live with...

Even the homeless are treated in similar ways for more or less the same reasons...
