Lots of differing opinions going around. One felow who claims he's had plenty of experience with eq. zone reactors seems pessimistic it can be controlled. Said there was never designs incorporated into reactors for dealing wih an eq of that magnitude. Another says they (Japan) managed 'lower the core' so no melt down will happen. That inability to 'lower the core' is what caused Chernobyl. I dunno.

Yesterday it was 2.1 times the internal design pressure. It's going to blow imo.

Qaddafi, is turning to the full power of the military and taken back a lot of territory from the rebels, Latest I heard, Pro-Qaddafi forces have taken back the oil port of Brega.

Bahrain Gov, has also been accused of using Nerve gas agents against protesters. Doctors have found this agent in patients.

----------------------------------------------------

Japanese Gov is handing out iodine drops to people around the nuke plant. This apparently protects the thyroid from radiation poisoning. They also said that the core is cooling they are pouring sea water onto the site.

13.gif That was one of the lame excuses for the Iraq war by the US, that Hussein gassed the Kurds. That action opens a door for military intervention.

Boy, we do take ourselves very seriously ,,, do we not?

Did some heinous God of War make the U.S., the end all decision makers for the entire Planet?

Funny as hell man

the U.S. public think they have a right to PRIVACY,,, and the other countries of the world have no right to theirs.

WTF, ???

Nazi's invaded and that was wrong
the U.S. invades and that is correct behavior?

Hitler Gave the Gov. of Czechoslovakia 10 days to leave the country,,,
or He would invade. and that was Bad Behavior.

George W. Bushite,, Gave the Gov. Of Iraq 10 days to leave the Country,,,
or He would invade. and that is GOOD behavior??????????????????????????!!!!!!

Must be in the Water.
or,,,,,,,,,,
Maybe it's in the Comcast Cable TV

Maybe,,,, it all winds up in the Karma Bucket

either way,,,

I'm out of it.

In a related story The Dalai Lama has offered his prayers for those who lost their lives in the earthquake and tsunami that struck Japan Friday.

It didn't say he prayed, just that he offered them. He's so damned enlightened it makes the news when he farts

I would imagine, that stance is due the the rarity of ENLIGHTENED FARTS

Such Items, are in some Cultures, Coveted as Holy Sacraments.

Which brings to mind,,,,

I once, in an opportunistic over zealousness ,,,

Thought to follow in the footsteps of the creator of the: Pet Rock

His invention and the outcome financially,, restored my faith in the possibility
of becoming an overnight Millionaire.

So, putting my Mind Power into the effort,, full swing ( and this shows how NUT's I am)

I came upon the idea to attempt hocking : "Pet Fart in a Jar"

Sold a few

The Venture took a downward spiral when an Old Blue Haired Lady from St. Pete Beach Fla. Bought one of the Farts.

Regardless of the warning lable on the top of the lid which stated: Caution, do not remove lid, or your Pet Fart will make an escape!
She, opened the lid,
as she put it: I just wanted to sniff and make sure it was still alive,, besides, how are you supposed to feed it if you cannot open it?

Well, She Sued
she got the remaining stock of the Pet Fart in a Jar, and ,,, well, she then contended, that,,

without opening the lids, how can she be sure there were any farts inside,,
and she sued me again.

Stupid Judge agreed
The Judge ordered me to open the Jars, and prove ,,, not only that the farts were in there,,

but as well,,, that they were live farts !

Yep, you guessed it, after opening all 16 jars,,,, the Courtroom emptied out,,,
and i was fined for Offending the Court and Contempt of Court when i Bitched about the loss of 16 perfect Farts.

None of which were exactly Enlightened Farts

So, with this new concept of Selling: Enlightened Dali Lama Farts in a Jar

I just may be back in Business.

rofl.gif As a kid with an interest in science, one of my areas of "research" brought me to the conclusion that amazing as it seems, a fart can hold up after even months in a jar.

37.gif I had completely blocked that out for a number of reasons.

heh heh
yeah JR, you know,,, sometimes a great notion?

Ken Kesey?

"One flew over the Cuckoo's Nest" ?

Tom Robbins?
Even Cowgirls get the Blues

and,,, "Another Road side attraction"

" Half Asleep, in Frog Pajamas"
" Still Life with Woodpecker" ?

Douglas Adams 4 part Trilogy
"Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy " ?

and just about anything by : Dean Koontz

I think all of them are coming true.

heh heh heh HA!

Ok,
Talk about blocked memories

This memory is somewhat vague

But, i know i read it years ago

During WWII,,, the Japanese sent up some lighter than Air Balloons with smal bombs on them

a few drifted on the winds
all the way across the Pacific

and few landed in the States

Now, if i recall correctly

One or more of those Balloons

Landed not very far from where i sit here in Portland Oregon

Ok, Let me Ponder a moment
Hmmmmmmmm,,

Seems to me
That if a Nuclear Cloud develops in Japan from these defunct reactors

That,,, Hmmmmm,,, well,,,,,,,

The Radiated Cloud, just might,,,
JUST MIGHT?????

Uh,,,, well it just Might follow in the footsteps of those Balloons of WWII and land right here.

AND,,,,
If that Happens and it makes the MSM

These ğkking Marshmallow People are gonna Break like cheap Chinese glass Goblets.

Panic, like no Organic,,, ever again.

These freaks here in Portland are very FRAGILE,,,
They lose it,,,
If they hear a Dog Bark in the Park after Dark,, and call a Narc, named Clark to come Bust
Mark, for a Bark in the Dark,,, in the Park

I have never seen 911 called so much in my life,,, over so trivial a bunch of shït.

So,, just a thought on those Ballons and the fact the winds blew them here
all those years ago.

HELP ME!!!!!
I BEEN RADIATED!!!

Yeah Buddy,,, i'll help ya's,,,,, Just as soon as i clean out your Wallet and your House SUCKER.

Toasted Marshmallow People on the Menu of the First Aliens to arrive here,,, after the cloud

SOMA, Japan – The second hydrogen explosion in three days rocked Japan's stricken Fukushima Dai-ichi nuclear plant Monday, sending a massive column of smoke into the air and wounding six workers. The blast was felt 25 miles (40 kilometers) away, but the plant's operator said radiation levels at the reactor were still within legal limits.
