The man is being called the â€œGrandpa Banditâ€ because, well, he looks like somebodyâ€™s grandfather. The balding, bespectacled man, who is believed to be 50 to 60 years old, held up the Solvay Bank branch at the State Tower Building on Sept. 22 and made off with an undisclosed amount of cash.
