true religion and true science meet at the point of truth. Nowadays neither seems truthful, therefore they do not meet. When you study all beliefs and science and they do meet, you are onto something. Kindness to all living things is a good place to start.

Absolutely, OP.

There is only one religion, and it is called
Mystery Babylon the Great.

It is subdivided according to local cultural
traits of its global victims, for reasons of political
mass mind control.

This all started for real, when geographically
static, agricultural society developed ways of
retaining information on media - only for the
privileged. Complete wizardry for the commoners!

The goal is to convince the slave class, that
there is just no way to interpret your very own,
individual spiritual side without a priest, guru,
master, swami whathaveyou. 15.gif Infiltration
and hijacking on a very basic level.

To my ancestors, the fractal nature of existence
itself was obvious and self-evident. The job of
the natural shaman was not to place himself
between the light and his adepts (which is all
a "teacher" could ever do) but to turn himself into
a snow partridge or walk on water etc before
everyone's eyes to instantaneously silence their inner
dialogue. Which is where the Real News start. :)

Then the Swedish King's priests and soldiers came,
introducing "religion", slavery and death.

The obvious truth, however, is that spiritual teaching
cannot exist - learning only.

İmage

And the idea that I, a true born Finlander on my
forefathers' ground, am supposed to bow down
before obscure deity "YHWH" of distant desert goat
shepherd tribe, thus denouncing the very wise heritage
of my own people, pisses me off to no end, really.
It seems nothing but embarrassingly unmanly and
plain fekking wrong.

There.

That said, however, I always liked and respected
the non-dogmatic, churchless Nyahbinghi Rastafarians.

Their basic concept of "I and I" holds more depth and
truth than any other religious meme I ever happened
across.

And their music friggin rocks!

Just look what happened to my hair, as soon as I
skipped Babylon's poisonous shampoos and balsams:

Yup, me be the Blackheart Man, white as they come.
