Connie Francis was originally offered the song "Angel Of The Morning" years before the 1968 Merrilee Rush version,but she turned it down because she though the lyrics were too risque and would damage her career...

"If mornings echo says we've sinned,well it was what i wanted now"

Good god,compare that additude to what goes on in our hedonistic crumbling down around us like ancient rome society of ours...
