I would guess that many of the folk going south are turning themselves in for a free ride home. Maybe they should just take them to the border and make them hoof it across. That way they can stop the north bound folks and tell them they are wasting their time and should turn back. Then we can take some of the jobs "no one wants to do" and make welfare leeches earn their own way.
