It’s been nearly a month since Glenn Ford was released from jail after serving three decades for a crime he didn’t commit. And he’s wasted no time collecting the items and experiences he missed out on while in prison.

Ford, a 64-year-old black man, was convicted by an all-white jury for the robbery and murder of Isadore Rozeman -- a 56-year-old Louisiana watchmaker, Reuters reported. He sat on death row from March 1985 until March 11 of this year when, acting on new information that vindicated Ford, a judge ordered him released from Louisiana State Penitentiary.

When he was finally set free, Ford had his eyes set on the novelties he never could get his hands on in jail -- some mangoes and a fresh change of clothes.

You know there are more innocent people on death row and that alone is a good enough reason to abolish the death penalty.

IDC if a million guilty people get life just so one innocent person isn't murdered.

Why do we kill people who kill people to prove that killing is wrong? 13.gif

It's set up for people to live in fear of doing this or that, when, in fact, the fear doesn't exist and It does nothing to deter crime, they know that.
It's all about perpetuating the "we are in control" illusion. The same reasons UFO's are always debunked as swamp gas and plastic bags.
The stupid is embedded in most everything. bored.gif

Its really is so sad and shocking and frightening to realize how for so very many years before dna evidence testing was available, there have been so many people executed for committing murder, brutally hanged and shot and gassed and beheaded and electrocuted, misled to their execution deaths while knowing they were not guilty, who were later found to have been totally innocent and some of those people were most likely in the wrong places at the wrong times,or they fell prey to past grudges avenged and were unable to financially defend themselves against a warped judicial system after being quickly railroaded by an overbearing police force who didnt want to look bad in the eyes and minds of their misled tax paying public who work night and day to fund their above the law blind ignorance, while the real killers continued lurking around raping and killing again and again and again and again like wow damn what the f##k...
