Went aaawesome Bohica!! The owners brought their weakest hives which of course they would. They wouldn't bring their strongest hives to where they don't know how they'll do. Some of my hives were as heavy (with honey) by the end of the summer as the best hives blink.gif I never knew they were there, even when the hives were only 40' from the house, only time I saw a bee was when I went right to them. I'd sit on the grass and listen to them hum, it's such a soothing calming sound. Never got stung once even though I got to handle them bare handed (we wore head covers) sweetest mildest little things it made my summer. They did very well and the owners want to bring them back next summer yay.gif

They did promise me some honey which I haven't seen yet but I don't care, told them I'd love some but it isn't necessary. It's a privilege to have them around. I have taken to drinking honey water, just hot water and a tablespoon of honey, really good!

İmage

Isn't Finland and Sweden supposed to be gmo-free, except for Syngenta's
and other's small test sites..?

"Widespread use in most areas" wtf2.gif

Seen this map on several more or less official websites.
What's up with that? 13.gif
(Or are they hinting at the frankenfodder the porkers and cows have been
legally eating for years? But that's imported, isn't it? 13.gif )

Confusion seems to reign.
Russia, Finland and Sweden are officially gmo-free, but lying about it?

Not sure about Russia. If it's "gmo-free", it seems at least like the testing is massive.
See earlier posts above.

I'm sure they have their own engineering program going on. They do however have some of the most hardcore import rules on food. They only just recently allowed import of British beef again after the mad cow occurrence in the 90s.
