I can see by your coat my friend you're from the other side. Just one thing I got to know. Who won?

My brother topped himself something like 25 years ago. To this day, I just think F**k you, you loser.

Knew a bloke some years back who was talking with HIS brother at the top of a cliff after a party one night.

Apparently stood up, said F**k it, and took the big flying leap over the fence and off the edge of the cliff. 300 whatever feet straight down. Big red splat in the carpark.

Dumbass. Zero sympathy. It's harder to live than it is to die.

Fear is the unknown like a ninth grader being terrified of the schools toughest senior until they become friends and then that person doesnt seem so tough and frightening anymore and the possible horrors awaiting us after death keeps me from killing myself and faithlessly dealing with whatever this fallen world throws my way not to mention the fact that reincarnation might be very real and living could be part of a master plan of spiritual ascension towards nirvana that suicide could ruin and force those who do it to start all over again...

Quote: "Childhood living is easy to do The things you wanted I bought them for you"

"Graceless lady you know who I am You know I can't let you slide through my hands"

"Wild horses couldn't drag me away Wild wild horses couldn't drag me away"

"I watched you suffer a dull aching pain Now you've decided to show me the same"

"No sweeping exit or offstage lines Could make me feel bitter or treat you unkind"

"Wild horses couldn't drag me away Wild wild horses couldn't drag me away"

"I know I've dreamed you a sin and a lie I have my freedom but I don't have much time"

"Faith has been broken tears must be cried Let's do some living after we die"

"Wild horses couldn't drag me away Wild wild horses we'll ride them some day"

Very harsh.

Everyone is all right for now, and my friend said that my particular brand of help is better than a psychiatrist.

It's interesting, Coolchick, and 'Ti' makes me think of dealing with three specific chakras which match up with the three areas (1. centered in the brain, 2. in the heart, and 3. in the lower abdomen) one must combine into one when performing 'Ti'.

İmage

1. The Brow Chakra
2. The Heart Chakra
3. The Sacral Chakra.

Or even one at a time. A friend of mine refuses to take high blood pressure meds, so she slows her heart rate down through meditation and healing hands, whenever the need arises. It's is quite a phenomenon.

It's not difficult to lower your pulse and blood pressure with breathing exercises. I've done it for some 20 years
