One of thems just gotta be gorgeous Switzerland...

Amazingly somehow able to stay militarily neutral during both World Wars...

I guess the other battling Countries needed somewhere to stash their stolen jewels and gold and cash...

Quote: During both World War I and World War II, Switzerland managed to keep a stance of armed neutrality, and was not involved militarily. However, precisely because of its neutral status, Switzerland was of considerable interest to all parties involved, as the scene for diplomacy, espionage, commerce, and as a safe haven for refugees.

During the late 1930s and early 1940s Switzerland wouldnt have stood a chance fighting against millions of battle hardened blitzkrieg invading Nazis troops and their thousands of state of the art tanks and airplanes and siege artillery and other advanced weaponry as well as trying to simultaneously deal with the German Schutzstaffel and Gestapo...

Wait a minute...Finland...last violent crime...Cudgel War Of 1596...Like whats up with that?!

Did the authors of this list never hear of Finland joining battlefield ranks with Nazi Germany?!

I know they were aligned against a common enemy at the time but come on?!

I'm no expert but I think that Finland wasnt even Finland but a part of Sweden until like around World War One?!

Quote: Notwithstanding the efforts of Finland's elite and nobility to break ties with Sweden, there was no genuine independence movement in Finland until the early twentieth century
