"when life gives you lemons..throw them at someone"...Grumpy Cat
All the power with no responsibility should have been the platform the admin ran on these last two elections.
A hostile exchange took place in the courtroom today where George Zimmerman is on trial for second degree murder as Judge Debra Nelson questioned the defendant about his plans to testify.
Nelson reminded Zimmerman that he has the “absolute right to remain silent” if he so desires and proceeded to ask him whether he was prepared to testify. Defense attorney Don West twice objected to the question, but was overruled by Nelson, who explained, “The court is entitled to inquire if Mr. Zimmerman’s determination [sic] as to whether or not he wants to testify.”
The judge then began asking Zimmerman how much time he requires to determine whether or not he would like to testify. West again objected to the question and asked for more time to speak with his client, prompting Judge Nelson to raise her voice and exclaim, “Your objection is overruled!”
The tension escalated as another of Zimmerman’s defense attorneys, Mark O’Mara, was overheard asking under his breath, “What is going on?”
I've never seen ANYTHING like this go on before.
Something very shady went down there.

Jurors in the George Zimmerman murder trial will be able to hear defense testimony that Trayvon Martin had small amounts of marijuana in his system at the time he was shot to death in February 2012.
In a ruling this afternoon, Judge Debra Nelson rejected a prosecution request to bar a portion of a toxicology report that revealed Martin had been smoking pot at some point prior to Zimmerman killing him with a single gunshot to the heart.
One shot aimed at his heart...

CNN is stoking the flames again eh? Problem is, not many watch CNN anymore A little martial law test run could well be in the making.
This whole farce is problem, reaction, solution.

The next time you hear someone say Zimmerman killed an unarmed child remember the cement sidewalk that the varsity football player was using.
One ding of the head more could have caused Z to pass out or black out.
One strike of his neck on the cement sidewalk's edge had the potential to cause paralysis from the neck down.
Trayvon wasn't unarmed; he was using his arms to turn the sidewalk into a weapon.
Looks like we've got a thug supporter. Go thug yourself.
Yeah yeah yeah we know...guilty of walking while black means you can be executed. Guess you can't get so offended when cops do it to everyone else because everyone's armed with deadly weapons (i.e. concrete).
Self defense only matters legally and morally when you don't put yourself in a situation of your own creation and only proportional to the force being used against you. Otherwise people could just shoot you dead for even having a weapon (such as a gun or knife) in public if they feel threatened, which we wouldn't want would we? Guy put himself in a situation that negates any self-defense argument with a firearm because he put himself in that situation.
I'll admit, most of your sentences ARE derp, unintelligible or whatever you want to call them.
The last sentence is about the only one that scans in English. Too bad it's wrong. You couldn't have been any more vague than to say, "because he put himself in that situation."
What situation is that, specifically? He asked Martin a question. For that he got sucker punched and suffered a beat down.
It is preposterous to think Z called the police and asked them at least twice to come to his neighborhood, yet while he was waiting for the police to arrive decided to shoot Martin.
At the very least that is a double red flag of reasonable doubt right there. It tells us that something unexpected happened from Z's point of view, namely the beat down.
I know you feel bad for your fellow homey. And it is a tragedy that his actions brought on his death. Hopefully more homeys can learn a lesson from it not to play the knock out game unless you're willing to die for it, so his death won't be in vain.
Pray for me.
