Trumps only choice for VP

Some months back, some AK claimed they were "close to the trump campaign" , and his only choice for VP would be some old GOP mainstay and war monger, who's name I cannot remember.

This seems to say something completely different...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
If businessman Donald Trump wants to be the 45th president of the United States, then he has only one viable option for his running mate — should he become the Republican nominee — according to Fox News host Bill O’Reilly: New Mexico Gov. Susana Martinez.
“There’s only one choice for vice president if Donald Trump wants to win the White House. Only one person,” O’Reilly said during a segment Thursday with Fox colleague Dana Perino, citing Martinez, who is also the chairwoman of the Republican Governors Association.
“That is the only choice if Mr. Trump, with all due respect, wants to be president. He must give it to the governor of New Mexico,” O’Reilly added, noting that Martinez “cuts across all ethnic boundaries that he’s weak in.”
“She’s very bright, she is a Republican conservative in a state that would go, you know, it’s not a lot of electoral votes, but if he can convince Gov. Martinez to be on the second, that will help him immensely,” the Fox host went on to say.
Last month, Martinez endorsed Florida Sen. Marco Rubio — less than two weeks before Rubio eventually suspended his presidential campaign. Not long after her endorsement, Martinez also signed that she might not support Trump should he succeed in winning the Republican nomination.
“Marco Rubio is a compelling leader who can unite the country around conservative principles that will improve the lives of all Americans,” Martinez said at the time. “The stakes for our great country are too high — and the differences between the candidates too great — for me to remain neutral in this race. I wholeheartedly trust Marco to keep us safe and ensure a better tomorrow.”
I recall it was Jeff Sessions.
His biggest problem IMO is he's all about Bush's way of 'intelligence' gathering implemented after 9/11.
The intelligence that lead us into Iraq and Afghanistan when it's common knowledge the pizza hut tablecloth hats did it. I agree with Trump on the fact those wars should have never been fought.
And Sessions wants the Patriot Act, to be made permanent, which is utter bull shït considering cost to benefit ratio.
The main goal should be a hell of a lot less war mongering and screw this moronic meddling foreign policy.
Sessions would have been a very bad choice for Trump.
Susana Martinez was an attorney... not certain if we need somebody else playing lawyer ball with the constitution, we've had 8 years of that. Other than that, I don't know much about her.
I'm certainly no Bill O’Reilly fan either.
Politicians hide themselves away
They only started the war
Why should they go out to fight?
They leave that role to poor
That's why I said Johnson. He was a successful two term gov of New Mexico. He is a regular person that started his own handy man business and grew it into a very successful construction firm.
And now he grows weed!
