This part of the human brain I fail to comprehend.

If you have enough food to feed your family why do you need more?

you fail to grasp that it is us people with money who actually do help the rest of the unmotivated lazy people to stay alive and put the very food on the table to feed your families.

unless someone is entrepreneurial and motivated , and has enough capacity to use his own resources to stay alive and feed his family...if he is the average man in the street, then he would starve if it was not for the money loving businessman you so much despise.

the poor need the rich much much more than the rich need the poor.
rich people are few, but the world is full of poor.

There would be no rich people if not for building that wealth on the blood of the poor.
This is a dictionary quality example of epic logic fail. If one is truly intelligent and self sufficient, they don't rely on anyone for anything. Octo and I would live to a ripe old age if everyone else on the planet died tomorrow.
You apparently don't realize how insignificant you are in the scheme of things. When SHTF, you'll be the first to go. :)

sorry boss!! I don't understand your logic either .
we are NOT created equal
we have different talents
you think it is easy creating wealth?? ( unless you are born into it of course )
we all start from roughly the same equal basis
in fact I have always liked to compare this to a class of high school students :
until the age of 19, all the young people in that class are roughly all equal , with the same life, same goals and same ambitions

but then from that point the life of each person takes their own very different direction and if you re-visit that same class of original students every 10 years you will see how the lives have evolved in different ways and different directions and different achievements

some will become wealthy and create jobs and opportunities for humankind
others have remained average and achieve very little and will NOT be able to sustain themselves on their own wits unless they are given a job which has been created by the richer counterparts
then other will have become so poor and destitute/drug addicted/parasites and criminals and actually do require hand outs and social services and food stamps by those who do work, in order to keep them alive

so the whole criticism of wealthy people is nothing other than envy on the part of those who were not gifted with the skills and drive to achieve much

Fair enough, no envy on the illusion on my part, but look at the wealth of the banking industry and how they create that shït out of thin air, and then we all pay for it via real labor.
Surly you see where I'm coming from, and if you don't, you really don't understand how this works.
What a gig, wish I had it. ( not really ) May they all burn in h e double hockey sticks.

but you must admit that even though money numbers are created out of thin air, the system is still relatively well regulated ( even the GFC was well handled ).
and it is a system where those money numbers are relatively easy to accumulate.

what is the alternative?? communism?? surely nobody wants to even contemplate going back to that system.

so for every $1 dollar deposited in a financial institution the reserve bank can create an additional $11 out of thin air due to the improbability of a bank run where everyone will want to get that $1 out of the bank.

but let's not be blind to the fact that those additional newly created $11 do in fact filter into the economy thus creating relative wealth for the plebeians who would otherwise literally starve

who cares that the money is not real and it's only computer digits
with those computer digits, if you are smart , you can acquire tangible wealth such as real property, cars, boats, holidays and jewellery and bars of precious metals...
real tangible and enjoyable wealth out of computer digits.
I think it is a truly wonderful system and every one should exploit it and enjoy it.

EUhaha.gif
who cares if the banks and the bankers and stock brokers can accumulate more digits than yourself
we all have the same opportunity to ride the same beast...why get off it and walk?

I'm not sure about that because a U.S. President can be outed easily enough. Money can make unimaginable things happen.

Free money.
