anyone ever try this?

my brother told me about it when i was visiting awhile back.

they are into all this eating well stuff

apparently the method they use to get the best of the best oils, is well.. the best.

'Made with exceptional care, this Oil Blend was developed for people who want one product that gives them all the good fats they need, without any of the bad fats they should avoid.'

Just some initial thoughts....Hmmm.... never heard of it. DDOS sure, KB is perhaps a bit too familiar with that, but UDOS not so much... reading.gif

Good fats and any nutrient that people need should be found in your local environment. That's the ultimate diet. You should eat some hemp products, that would be the ultimate food along with algae as far as nutrition goes when TSHTF

The 'health' business is a growing one and it's very lucrative. Just use common sense and remember a lot of the best stuff grows wild and can be had for free.

Yeah don't get me wrong, I'm all about the fats and learning more. I just think it's preferable to get it through diet than supplements. Easier said than done, I know. But you can get hemp seeds over there can't you? They contain the perfect ratio of omega3, 6 and 9 for your human body uptake. Google it.

Best to grow it and eat, smoke, make clothes, oil, soap, ropes etc out of it.

It's in the future.

Hemp has the longest fibers in the kingdom of plants and doesn't require the amount of chemicals cotton does. It makes for fantastic fabric.

Hemp seeds contain in addition to all the good fats also not only the essential amino acids, but all known amino acids.
