I've worked on the booms and competed in logger's sports, my team at BCIT beat every univ in the PNW chuckle.gif I was okay at burling but single buck and molly hogan, nobody beat me. But then the Americans were easy to beat, just give them a Canadian beer and it was game over lmao.gif

Hey Shadow, burling looks difficult to do. What's single buck and molly hogan? We don't even have pole climbing here in Ontario. dunno.gif

Burling is hard to do, that vid, those're barrels, logs are heavier so spin slower until you really get them spinning, also caulk boots make it a lot easier to control the log. The molly hogan is a cable splicing contest where you wrap a thin cable into a circle, it's tough because there's a knack to it, to weaving the cable. Single buck is one person on a cross cut saw, double buck is two.

She also was runner up at a Jimi Hendrix guitar playing contest in front of Jimi's dad.
