Basically what you do is look at where you are and where you want improvement and form a positive "Why" question around it.
So it could be, "Why do I enjoy deeper loving relationships?" Notice that you don't have to be in a deeper loving relationship at the moment you say it. The truth is you do enjoy deeper loving relationships whether you have one or not.
By merely asking the question out loud, it puts your brain in a search mode.
We know this method works because we ask ourselves negative why questions all the time. It might sound like, "Why am I my own worst enemy?" or "Why can't I earn enough money?" Your brain will search for the justification and give you more of it.
So go ahead and ask yourself some positive why questions. They might start in the following manner:
"Why do I enjoy..."
"Why do I love...?"
"Why do I feel so grateful when...?"
Just add your own positive desires to the ends to those types of questions.
It's almost guaranteed that when you ask yourself these question OUT LOUD you will feel different and perhaps instantly be lifted from the negative spiral you are feeling.
