i eat two organic scrambled eggs for breakfast every morning, before cereal.. great source of protein.. and yum..

iagree.gif We eat eggs all the time. Nothing better IMO. Octo's right though, we generally soft boil our eggs at about 4½ min, blowing that out may end in quite a mess.

Guy at work did that, showed me. It works but you need lungs like bellows. It's not as easy as the vid makes it look.

I wish I knew that trick when my sister asked me to shell a dozen eggs at her last bbq. I don't know what type of eggs she boiled, but they just wouldn't shell easily. 13.gif

I was told not all eggs are the same, but I read an article which said that, yes, all eggs are the same. I don't think all eggs are the same.

add some baking soda to the water when cooking them..they will peel easier..
