It has a lovely color. cheers.gif

Oh wow, I'm a sucker for anything hoppy. IPA usually isn't my thing (I'm a pils head) but if they loaded up the hopper, I'm betting it's a winner!

Please, enjoy one for me, Octo.

I'm stuck with my usual.

Oh, I'll definitely try it ~ if I ever see it. The deep south is not known for top shelf import beers. (They think Heineken is exotic.) Occasionally, I can find Pils Urquell and I buy all they have.

The problem with bier for me is the higher the alcohol the more it takes on a banana flavor that I really don't care much for.
Lagers and pilsners can cause a headache for me, though I enjoy the taste (Pils Urquell is one of the best!). So, I'm left with ale, and I prefer it mega hoppy.
Brooklyn Ale is my fave, the hops taste flowery like roses, but old empire is cheaper and is close enough to consume mass quantities. chuckle.gif

I hear ya' on the fruity schtick ~ I like the taste of plain old beer, and most of that, hops. (re: bitter) I do know what you mean tho, some hops are more flowery than others. Some of the local beers in New York state offer that aromatic style brew.

For me, a beer doesn't have to be super alcoholic to enjoy over the long haul. cheers.gif

Mostly coffee, besides a glass of wine a month or so ago I've been behaving myself for awhile now.

I turned myself to consider wisdom and madness and folly
The wise man’s eyes are in his head,
But the fool walks in darkness.
Yet I myself perceived
That the same event happens to them all.
