As a disembodied spirit you would have no macadamias or a unit equipped with a helmet, so perhaps watching girls take a shower would take a backseat to... oh wtf am I saying, I'm a man so lack of junk still wouldn't stop me. coffeetime.gif

something else i asked myself after watching that documentary was: why do people around the world experience almost the same things during near death experiences? i mean this isn't necessarily proof of the reality of an afterlife but more likely proof of something like fundamental archetypes of the human psyche or something. but where the ğck do those archetypes come from and what purpose do they serve? i mean at some point in human development or evolution those memes popped up and obviously haunt us until today. :/

Yes that's a very interesting question. I've been wondering that myself reading a bunch about dream interpretation a few years back. There seems to be some archetypes universally present in individual psyches as Jung suggests.

To me it would point to that we are all connected.

Even though I'm ninety nine percent convinced that reincarnation is real...

We must face the unfortunate possibility that there is no afterlife...

Maybe when we die theres nothing...

A complete and total void of absolute nothingness...

But theres no way we could ever know that without our senses perceiving it...

So theres no way for us to ever know nothing...

Nothing is everything and nothing simultaneously...

We die every time we fall asleep within a dreamless state...

Where and when one second or a thousand years could pass instantly...

And yet remain undetected and unknown by us...

When my Grandpa died, lucid till the end, he said he heard bells and saw his family. Then he died. I was heavily pregnant at the time so my family decided I shouldn't be there, so I wasn't aware it happened until after the fact.. sad2.gif

my mother told me some creepy story about my great grandmother.

on the deathbed - shortly before she passed away - she suddenly sat up and looked through the room with a 1000 yard stare and asked those who were present at that time "can't you see it?" and then fell flat and died. damned.gif

My nana (grandmother) told us she was looking at her (deceased) father she saw watching her through her bedroom window one night as he motioned to her with his hand for her to follow him and then she died like a few hours later, right after a black cat ran across her bedroom floor and jumped up on the bed with her and she didnt own any cats...

Hallucinatory chemicals released by the brain to ease our natural death?

Valid evidence of an after life?

Or does something or someone enjoy tormenting us by impersonating our loved ones...

Like the demonic growling and screaming voice of my deceased great grandmother I heard over our land line phone that terrified me so badly...
