We don't have canned pumpkin puree so I get to make it just as I goddamn please chuckle.gif Butternut squash happens to make wonderful pumpkin pie.

I've seen cooks combine squash and pumpkin which both are good, but maybe I'm craving the pumpkin spices. Time to add some pumpkin spice to my coffee to check this out.

We found one single butternut squash in all the town, but thankfully that's enough for a couple of pies by the looks of it. I just roasted and pureed it.
