So I made a deconstructed sauerkraut and beef and wild mushroom perogi casserole, but used those lasagna noodles that 'supposedly' are precooked and all you have to do it put them in the oven. NO! 13.gif The filling was perfect, but next time I will buy egg yolk wide noodles from the German deli.

I would think homemade dough would be best, no? I'd love to have a pasta maker...

If all works out and I don't have to work anymore, sure I will make homemade dough (with extra egg yolk) but for now it's easy peasy as possible.

Yes of course, I wouldn't start making pasta dough after work ffs chuckle.gif We found a delicious pasta made from beans at the corner store, so I ain't making my own anytime soon.

Did you see she soaked the no-boil lasagna noodles in hot water before use to make them pliable?

No, I didn't click on the link - totally missed the link 13.gif oh oh! Yeah, that's exactly what should be on the package of noodles...soak first!
