chuckle.gif Hey US wave.gif here's our recipe https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/emer...er-3644196
We've tried a million, and this one is da bomb! drool.gif
Edit: We skip the veal and substitute more ground chuck, even regular hamburger works as long as it's over 15% fat content. As for the sausage, it's optional as well. You can always buy a cheap pork beef mix.

Hi JR, thanks for the recipe but I have been battling a bad cold for days now and still can't muster the energy to go out shopping, so I will be using what I have on hand, but I will try that recipe in the future.

I think the herbs in your recipe are in the stove top stuffing along with dried onion and dried garlic. I will add bacon, dijon mustard and worcheshire sauce in there too along with crumbed up fresh bread and see what I come up with.

Oh damn... sorry about the cold, the spring ones can be real doozies and it's so hard to concentrate on anything other than being sick.

So true, everyone here is looking at me like I am faking it or milking (coddling) it. 13.gif

hug.gif I am just beginning to feel better after five days. I would think the more exposure to pollen that one would develop some resistance, is that not happening

I've got something going on, scratchy throat and sneezing, I started taking Cold-EEZE last night, it hasn't broke out fully yet. Keeping plenty of vitamin c in me. Hope you feel better soon UniqueStranger, the spring colds always linger twice as long as the winter variety.

Making some omelettes with greek style filling. And they have both chorizo and salsiccia (plus jalapeños for me) so I guess it's only the gyros meat that's really greek-ish 13.gif

Hi Nightmare, nice to see you. :) A BLT sounds like a quick and dirty good dinner, I'm having scones and homemade raspberry jam with some dark roast pressed coffee. Great for munchies. chuckle.gif
