I made some homemade potato salad I'm finishing up and I'm going to go and get some beer before the rain hits.

Now you can afford to have your stomach pumped by a specialist!
Just saying.

You never really know when you're having good luck!

No need for my stomach to be pumped, but I am challenged to make a better seafood linguine later this week. Just watch me.

Hi Octo, yea it was hard work that gambling but it paid off this time. Sure, I'll let you know, but I have to go shopping for fresh fish which is a 30 minute drive (maybe tomorrow) and I can't use shrimp because we suspect hubby is allergic. So maybe scallops, lobster and halibut pieces...maybe. Right now |i am making spaghetti sauce and later a stir fry requested special by hubby.

I am thinking of buying a new stove with my winnings, anyone know anything about induction stoves and if radiation is a problem?

Oh I wish I had a good modern stove, mine is horribly dated but works surprisingly well. Don't know anything about different types though, but get a good one. Do your research, read the reviews. That's how I do it.

The reviews I read on induction cooking says they create high EMFs but they say it is safe if you stand a foot away while cooking, which I don't...I hover over it. Another review said they are totally safe, so there is conflicting information out there.

I left my good stove at the old house because the buyers wanted all my appliances and now I have a cheapie oldie and the oven does not get hotter than around 300 degrees F. I do like the Frigidaire Professional Convection one but it's expensive.

Just buy a natural gas stove / Oven.
I cook a lot and there's no better heat control than gas.
Trust me.

Just got back from dentist, can't eat anything today and I'm out of Vodka.
Yah.
I'm still Mad.
