Of course a kilo of fish is overkill, but deep fry is great hangover food and easily reheated in the oven to regain the crunch so you might as well make a bunch
i've never had any problems with fresh caught then frozen lake/river fish..cooking,deep frying,baking it..frozen or unfrozen.

so,the mushy pollock was weird

Haven't purchased peanut butter in a long time.
Might be a good idea though, works great for mousetraps.

I sorta' miss it once in a while and we can score some decent organic cheap here, no added sugar or anything hydrogenated.
Jif wasn't technically even food and I hated Skippy and Peter Pan.

I didn't have time to take pics but we had a magnificent dinner; Chicken fillets stuffed with prosciutto and cheese, mushroom gravy and roasted parsnips. Chicken dinner for winners chuckle.gif
