JR has his own texmex spice mix that not even I know the recipe of.

Some of the ingredients are there.
I gave the recipe to Kreeper, I've worked a long tome to standardize it.

Alright here it is...
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika
3 tsp whole caraway seeds (kummin på Svenska)
3 tsp onion powder
3 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Use a couple tbsp per half kilo (one pound) of ground beef. or more to your personal preference.
Salt to taste depending on the dish.
Goes well with anything, chicken, black-beans, beef.

Go to del taco, order a 70 cent taco and grab 5 packets of sauce. That's as all purpose as a seasoning gets. One of these mind controllees left a whole pile of them on the table outside a del taco ostensibly so I could covet and/or take one constituting a theft...of taco sauce. Sounds like a plan.
