Not even close.
Some of the ingredients are there.
I gave the recipe to Kreeper, I've worked a long tome to standardize it.

What politics from both sides wants to teach us is that things are never complex. If you have your little package and something doesn't fit into that package, You don't know what to make of it so you want to dismiss it or then you will have to do the work of reconsidering your assumptions. - Michael Malice

Alright here it is...

1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika
3 tsp whole caraway seeds (kummin på Svenska)
3 tsp onion powder
3 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Use a couple tbsp per half kilo (one pound) of ground beef. or more to your personal preference.
Salt to taste depending on the dish.
Goes well with anything, chicken, black-beans, beef.

Go to del taco, order a 70 cent taco and grab 5 packets of sauce. That's as all purpose as a seasoning gets. One of these mind controllees left a whole pile of them on the table outside a del taco ostensibly so I could covet and/or take one constituting a theft...of taco sauce. Sounds like a plan.
