1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika
3 tsp whole caraway seeds (kummin på Svenska)
3 tsp onion powder
3 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Use a couple tbsp per half kilo (one pound) of ground beef. or more to your personal preference.
Salt to taste depending on the dish.
Goes well with anything, chicken, black-beans, beef.

I have to try that, it has to be better than the store bought stuff with MSG.
