I belong in Austria they say tissueguy.gif But my closest soulmates are in Finland and Germany 13.gif

Yle's Plus Desk used data on the habits of residents of each European Union country, finding the things that seem to define them all. If you've ever thought you might fit in better somewhere else, there's a good chance you might be right. Take our test and discover where in the EU people are most like you.

You're Bulgarian at heart.

Bulgarians are fairly confident about the future and meet up with friends fairly often. They don't go out to the cinema much, nor are they big meat-eaters. They don't trust the police, nor do they do much physical exercise. And a Bulgarian probably wouldn't have done this test on a tablet, because they're unlikely to own one.

Share your result on Facebook and Twitter.

Hungary, Greece

Ireland, Austria

All my ancestors are from Ireland.
I thought they would tell me I belong in Lapperland.

I'm in my seventh decade on Earth. I know things.

IMO this yle test is bs.chuckle.gif Only because I did the test from PC the test "decide" that I don't use tablet. But when I repeat the test from tablet with the same answers the results was different.

yle reads the IP (most probably) - shall I try it with finnish proxy?
just sayin'

I tried a lot of different options to see what the outcome would be. It's not IP based for sure. I chose "definitely not" on the tablet use. chuckle.gif

Move over, JR ~ I'll buy you a beer. (Or does Latvian beer suck? If that's the case, I'll send some on ahead.) chuckle.gif

I really belong in

You're Latvian at heart.

The Latvians don't squander their money on movies or meat. They don't much enjoy religious events and if they run into a police officer, they are wary. A Latvian with a tablet computer in hand is a rare sight.

My closest soulmates are in

Lithuania, Slovenia

I'm farthest

The Netherlands, Ireland

I got Lituania too, but soulmates are Germany and Slovenia. I have no idea why NOT using a tablet computer is relevant.

This is funny, because I have Dutch Ancestry, Irish as well.

You're Dutch at heart.

The Dutch are big into physical exercise and have a comparatively positive attitude to life. They are optimistic about the future. But they're no coffee addicts, drinking less coffee than the EU average.
