Hm.
Not 100% sure about the "ready" part, but...getting there.

spent the greater part of an hour signing up

I would not let that stop me, I'd give them a phone call and register by phone and sending them a cheque in the mail.

Hm.
Maybe I'll go as far as writing an email to
their customer support...a simple internet
bank transfer would be cool.

Thank you for being so nice, US :)
The best of Sundays to you!

hug.gif Hey AS, you are welcome and I've been where you are, although a long time ago, several times and when I was ready I went right back into the hard task of finding that right person.

The best of Sundays to you too my friend, but I'll just be puttering around the backyard and maybe try to put the old solid oak crib together and then try to sell it on Kijiji, but first I have to make sure the slats are within the safety code of 2-3/8", if not, oh well then it goes to the dump along with alot of other trash my son left for me. gaah.gif

Solid oak sounds cool.
Maybe a museum would like it as a donation?
In the trash sounds a bit harsh for it.

I had an absolutely magic weekend with the
reggae band...but bloody exhausting, too.

Dammit...I met a really sweet lady last night
after the gig...friend of the trumpet man's wife.
(oh lord, these hometown gigs 15.gif )

Looks and brains...we sort of really enjoyed
each other's company...I'm a bit charmed...
she said she's got a couple of kids, and so
doesn't get out very often...but damn, those
eyes...I hope she'll turn up again, outta nowhere
like that :)

I think I was a bit impressed - intelligence and
intuitive brainpower attracts me a whole lot in
a woman :)

Who knows, what could happen.
Starting to slowly appreciate my freedom, I am :)
Lovely day today!

You could always get her phone number and check out the possibilities.

Yeah, throwing a solid oak crib in the dump is really harsh, that's why I've kept it for 24 years.

Anyway, it conforms to safety standards but I think the hardware has been misplaced. So, it's not an easy task because I'll have to search the internet for the manufacturer and reorder the hardware (if they still exist).
