A pressure cooker can be modified into a pot still, and your wort chiller is essentially a condensing coil. In my 6 gallon still, I toss the first 100 ml, which is the methanol.

Yeah, no posh wine bar is worth $400 to me. I could host a huge barbecue cookout for $400, and have much more fun.

(Maybe the Uni bumped the price up.
No drinks.

I've spent around $100 on a meal for two, and that's about my limit. I'm convinced that home cooking is cleaner and healthier than many (even high-end) restaurants.

Especially when you're half as OCD about hygiene in the kitchen like I am. I worked in restaurants when I was young and yes sir your assessment is correct.

I don't like pretentious one bit. But I do like a plate full of delicious food when I go out to eat. I'm often disappointed and bitch about the price because our own cooking is so much better lmao.gif I'm a barrel of fun 13.gif

I'd rather eat at home myself. We raise chickens for organic eggs, thinking of taking on a few cows and a couple goats to be self sufficient.

I'm too soft-hearted to have livestock, even chickens. I have accumulated three dogs and five cats, and they keep me busy.

Not a cat fan, but tolerate the ones that live in my barn, I'd never feed them but they keep the rats away. I have two rottweilers that see to my property. My family has bred them for years.

The cats were neighborhood strays. I feed them, and they've become like pets, which surprised me. They sleep in the garage and hunt rats, gophers and birds. I have three big dogs that live in the house, an Australian Shepherd, a Rhodesian Ridgeback, and a mixed breed (possibly Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull)
