In the compost is a compound called fulvic acid. It draws nutrients into the plants like crazy. That makes the food more potent.
Fulvic acid also energizes the electrolytes in our food. I can't stress enough how big of a deal that is. When you have enough of this, your cells actually light up. Without your cells being lit up, they are drab and don't perform so well.
So you feel tired.
But the people whose diets have this fulvic acid in it, can work all day every day.
We people whose food lacks composting end up eating food without fulvic acid. As a result, we don't have the cellular energy to do that anymore.
BTW, the poor primitives don't take any supplements, whereas some of us might take 20. We find the 20 help somewhat, but we still couldn't keep up with the primitive's work schedule. That's how powerful fulvic acid is.
You can buy fulvic acid from a variety of sources. Get the kind from vegetative sources either liquid or in capsules or powder.
