One of the most beautiful paintings i've ever seen...

After looking at around 100 thumbnails of this painting,i was unable to find the artists name...

But whoever it is,the signature of the artist is upon this exquisitely beautiful painting...

On second thought, perhaps it is she and she was accepted as an equal...leaving all the BS aside.

These are not photographs, they are paintings and the artists effect of light and shadow and photographic realism with paint is amazingly realistic >

This person is like the most famous painter in India and i've seen his name spelled two different ways, llayaraja and elayaraja......

Unbelievable Paintings of Ilayaraja > http://testrsjkumar1992.blogspot.com/201...araja.html

Are women in photographs considered women in art? most likely and after seeing this hauntingly beautiful photograph, most definitely...

I think this photo is of Francoise Dorleac, the older sister of Catherine Deneuve, who burned to death in a car crash in 1967 when she was 25 years old >

I think this threads headline reads just fine and i think photography is an art form, just like motion pictures are also a relatively modern day art form,i mean think about it, the first three strip technicolor movie came out in 1935,becky sharp, which was not so long ago at all and if movie cameras were available in the past,i wonder how many famous painters would have become famous photographers instead?

I agree that photography, done with artistic vision, can be considered art by some. Are you a photographer? I certainly dabble.

Not as much as i would like to be i guess, like most everything else that i would really like to be doing, that never seem to have enough time to get done and i think i'm my own worst enemy i suppose, because i'm a pisces, most of my time is spent being a psychic empath, because i'm all too easily able to see and act beyond myself (*-*)

So, another Pisces here on Kritterbox. damned.gif Yes, you are your own worst enemy when it comes to following your own psychically-given paths.

Not trying to stray too far away from this threads fascinating and long lasting subject, women in art,but i think we are all born into this material reality 12 times, once for each sign of the ancient zodiac, beneath each star constellation,6 times as a male and 6 times as a female and pisces is the final sign, this is my final incarnation on earth,my soul is old,i can feel it and when i die this time,i'm not coming back...
