I've seen thousands of paintings and drawings,but i've never seen the space woman image i posted above until just a few minutes ago,she,meaning the drawing,looks 1950's, maybe even 1940's and possibly shes a buck rogers/flash gordon type of image from the 1930's,but i couldnt find out anything more about it other than its use in the advertisement art? i posted above the larger image...

The talented artists that companys would hire to draw and paint futuristic designs were really incredible and visionary,with awesome imaginations that they were able to transfer into and upon visual mediums like this and others in the link below...

You've got a good eye for detail,i saw that as well (*-*)

I've been drawing for about 25 years and its amazing how some people,not me,are able to draw clear glass,thats invisible,i suppose the reflections in the glass brings the clear glass into view?

I would really like a thread to be made about futuristic advertisement art and even a 1930's - 1950's horror,fantasy and science fiction artwork thread...

Yes, I've been studying artists' different takes on how they interpret glass, water and rock onto the canvas. I've got my own, but haven't yet put it into practice.
