Wow. My friends give me crap all the time, but not even stuff this cheesy.
The monopoly mug, well maybe. I drink a lot of tea, and I like mugs, but it's not quite th the kind I like.
But a smurf glass.

A Saint Bernard puppy from my stupid brother and his wife. At the time we lived in a no dog apartment. He left the dog at my parents for us. It was some kind of a halfass way to try and makeup for the time, several years earlier, that they dumped my dog in the Mt Baker National forest. We've NEVER received one gift from anyone in my family outside of my parents that has ever had any thought or good Christmas will involved in it's choosing. Meanwhile...over the years we would go into debt spending money we didn't have and time trying to find the right gift for everyone. Thankfully we gave up that practice starting with the new century. My brother and his wife were appalled that we could show up to Christmas with no gifts for them when they had gifts for us. I told them you can all suck my Chrismas di...uhh...nevermind. You know what it was. When they left I told em merry fu ckin Christmas assholes. It felt good and seemed to lift a weight of phoney Christmas cheer off of my shoulders.

I do recall you talking about your brother before van. It's funny how family are often people you'd have nothing to do with otherwise. chuckle.gif
