Would this new approach work better for you?

Don't people sometimes just piss you off?

I love Trump and have hated McCain many times. Today, I am turning over a new leaf. Why?

Because going at each others throats for a couple decades or more hasn't worked one bit. From now on I'm asking myself a question using the power of a proton (explained below) instead. The question goes like this:

"Why do I love discovering what is between me and experiencing loving kindness?"

That question gets to what our individual fears are. The basis of our fears on the left and the right are likely different. Listening for the answer has improved my ability to walk despite a broken back, a fall, and two aggravations - all in the last three weeks.*

Using a "question" format - instead of using a statement - stops us and moves us into the silence where most answers reside.

Until we address our hidden fears, we will have a hard time getting to the meat. As was mentioned, I use the power of a proton's hold onto its electrons. That grasp is a thousand, trillion, trillion, trillion times stronger than the force of gravity. Gravity holds tractor trailers onto the road instead of flying off into space, so gravity is no slouch.

Yet electrons in our 75 trillion cells fly off quite often. This means there is yet another force that is even stronger. I call the force LOVING KINDNESS. So no matter how grave the situation or how much GRAVITY we place on it, we can see and feel the power of "10 to the 39th power" times our 75 trillion cells times each proton of which there are many. Yet, the 'grave' is no match for The Power, is it?

Maybe this question will resolve some of the impediments we have in the political arena. The question is moving me into my personal golden age.

*One orthopedic doctor thought I was in a wheelchair based on my MRI report. Another doctor said my lower back was the worst case he'd seen in 20 years. Today the minister's husband at church suggested I run to my car since the windows were cracked in a downpour. My response was, "My running days are ahead of me."

If you like this approach, please steal it word for word and share it every darn place you can. Share it especially on forums like these and in emails. I've yet to find a situation where the question didn't apply in regards to any challenges I've had. Can you see how the question could assist you in a variety of ways?

There are fears that drive us and there is reality. Isn't it true that when we wash away the fears, we are better able to respond to the realities? This question contains heavy duty soap, so when will you start washing?.

Wow, that is so cool. Somebody took my idea and wrote a song about it...oh it was published and performed in 1949 and I wasn't born until 1950....never mind!

chuckle.gif So true! The bitter back biting and back stabbing has only been going on for a couple decades or so. We should give it more time....maybe double DOOOWN!

Someone left this comment on a forum in response to the same statement I'd made here. He makes a great point because it is a question and fear many have. Below that is my response to him in bold typeface:

"As Songbird [McCain] proved, reaching across the aisle does not work. Libfags are parasites and should be treated as such. You cannot make friends with a rattlesnake."

You are so right. Rather than reaching OUT, we need to reach IN. Clear out the fears on both sides of the aisle not by fixing the other guy but by making ourselves more potent. When we let go of our own baggage we attract the other side to us instead of trying to play nicey, nicey with the other side.

Then they'll find out there is no "side" except inside where they can drop their fears of lack and the desire to control others due to their fears.

Could you do me a favor? Could you try the question as needed for the next week? It doesn't cost anything, and you won't be capitulating like McCain did. You'll be standing your ground like never before.

It's a great idea to rid yourself of fear. A great reboot and delete your internal cookies once in a while is good for internal maintenance.

cheers.gif Love the analogy! When I first read it, it came across literally to me. My 'puter could use a good reboot. And a shiny broach as well. Recently it started getting balky at start up, requiring unplugging, sometimes including the modem, and some videos will only play audio. This started when I tripped over a cord that yanked my tower. It did a 180 while I was doing a swan dive (scored 5.8 on the landing.)

Maybe I should give it a cookie and some cold beer?

Funny seeing this thread.

I was just reading a thread on another site about the rice experiment.  Where the one that gets love directed at it doesn't show any mold, but the one with hate directed at it gets nasty mold.

It shows that OP's idea is excellent!  yay.gif

Here's a better analogy.

I give you a bowl of 500 skittles and only 1 of them is deadly toxic.

Knowing that, would you put the container on the table for your family and friends to consume?
Not!
Why take the risk?

Everything is suspect.
Paranoia pays off, but the hours suck!

You have made my day!

BTW, it doesn't matter too much how few people do this because we who do practice it are employing at a bare minimum  10^39 x 75 x 10^9 for EACH proton we see and feel being mathematically squared since you and I are doing it. That's like two bunches, maybe more.

Meanwhile the folks who aren't doing it are pretty much not getting that bang for their buck. It's like Geronimo vs. General Custer if Geronimo's fellow warriors were carrying family sized bottles of pepper spray. So they feel the hot love and get all giggly inside. Not just one person - although one more person cubes the power - but a whole room full of crack addicts suddenly look at their fix and saying "eh...I think I'll go get a low alcohol beer instead."

Smokin'!!

If you think about it, 10 to the 39th power is a bigger number than the 7.5 billion people on this planet, so they stand no chance on not having an orgasm. Probably our Loving Kindness melts quite a few of those big ol' aliens heading here to cause trouble. They'll get so preoccupied putting flowers in each others' hair that they'll miss the exit ramp to planet earth.

BTW, the question is designed to create Gratitude and Grace. The two "G's" take us out of the world of cause and effect into the realm of GRACE and its "Laws of miracles." This means while the world is practicing their ninja moves, we've just hired Thor to shower them with lightning bolts guided by GPS.

Then Aphrodite shows up to nurse their wounds. hug.gif
