3 tablespoons paprika

Use about 2 1/2 teaspoons per pound of ground beef. Also works well on lamb and pork.
For red meat I use a little MSG in place of half the salt. It's not dangerous in moderation and can help you greatly reduce your sodium intake.
And it makes the burgers much better. With chicken it is divine.
