Dr. Pete Peterson is great! I'm familiar with him. He knows what he's talking about!

Not a big Wilcok fan.

Dude is kinda a pathetic clueless little whiner.

He is one of these types that has let it all go too much to his head.

Did Wilcock "team" up with them?

I thought he was just another person they interviewed?

He was at least in on the Pete Peterson interview. Dunno if he was involved in any other of their projects.

I'll look for skate fish oil because according to the NOAA, they are not overfished and are a sustainable species of fish.

The only problem with this product is that they do not list the amount of vit. D imp. units on the label. I'm looking for at least, 1000 units per day.

Also, I heard a medical doctor advising we should take 1,000 units/day whereas we really should be taking 4,000 - 6,000/day.

Quote:

“I take vitamin D: 1000 units a day.”
This is probably the most common mistake I see: Taking a dose that is unlikely to yield a desirable blood level. (We use 60-70 ng/ml of 25-hydroxy vitamin D as our target.) Most men and women require 6000 units per day to achieve this level. There is substantial individual variation, however, with an occasional person needing much more, a rare person requiring as little as 1000 units.
