Since it says your browser doesn't support it there must be a cause for this that needs addressed first. Maybe reinstall FF? 13.gif Save your bookmarks and stuff first.

where on that site do i update it?

i already got the mozilla addon to switch it.. didnt work.

as far as reinstalling ff well that will be for another day.. maybe tomorrow i will get O to show me how
im tired of doing youtube crap all day lol

but i did get the addon thing that is supposed to switch it..
it didnt..

press ctrl+shift+a in firefox

there, check plugins, it should be there.

make another browser your default browser they will transfer your bookmarks and saved material then uninstall ff and reinstall it then make it your default browser again

or go to system recovery and find out where your last restore point is and restore your entire puter to that point

and it said that adobe flash is updated

and something called silverlight is updated.

the rest werent shown.

ok i clicked on that openh264 one.

it has 'automatic updates' and then it has default, on, off.

default is clicked on, thats all.

and it says last updated feb 13 16

install this update if you don´t have it

then do the ff re install.

download the installer to desktop.
uninstall ff.
install ff from installer.
