I too prefer peace and quiet now, with a good tune mixed in now and again. So, I am to begin stripping wallpaper then painting...a little patch at a time and it won't seem so daunting. cheers.gif

Okay did 1/8th of wallpaper stripping off wall, now I'll switch it up with some gardening because it's such a gorgeous (and not too hot) day out there.

Yes, we have a nice one too, low humidity, and the nights are cool.
One of the first summers where it doesn't feel like you need AC.

If ever you've peered through a crack , into the dark , and imagined what World
may live inside there ,,

If ever you've sat alone in a desolate site , scanning the Horizon and Wondering if your
self imposed limitations were keeping you short of those .

If ever you've Thought upon something for a long time ,, only to find the process was a waste of
your time .

If ever you've spied yourself in Glass while you walked by , and performed an inventory of your image .

If ever you've said : When I find the time

Then you have in a small way , engaged upon Self Realization and Analysis , in regards to
how you fit into the World and People around you .

and when I find the Time ,,

I may find it has passed .

and when I find myself ,,,

I may have passed as well .

and if ever I find the time to peer into another crack , wondering if a World resides there ,,
I'm sure the answer as to the reason I exist , will become clear to me then .

Above , the Self Analytical , Those intermediate moments of when ,, and why , you begin
contemplation of your own existence .

In that same way as one may gaze upon the shadow of a Blade of Grass , and wonder , why
there is no darkness seen between that blade and the shadow it cast upon the surface .
so too , just as the shadow between both cannot be perceived ,,

We, may question , and still not see our self .

Yaaay me! yay.gif

Finally found the energy to clean up my home,
abandon the 'home mastering setup'
and get my shït back together.

Scrubbed the entire floor, de-dusted every
surface, disinfected the "kitchen".
Squeaky clean.

The bathroom shines like in a 5 star hotel yay.gif

Threw away 4 big plastic bags of trash out of
a 20 sq m apartment chuckle.gif

Tomorrow the balcony and...umh...myself chuckle.gif

Seriously time for a shave et cetera.

Ni-i-ice coupla summer days cool.gif

Things lookin' gooood again puffpuffpass.gif

It's always like a form of deep meditation to me,
to clean house down to the last dust molecule.

The symbolism obvious.

Peace, Prosperity & Good Will to you aaaaall. cheers.gif

That was a great gig yesterday cheers.gif puffpuffpass.gif

And believe it or not, I ended up getting kissed
by a beautiful, very pleasant lady at the afterburner 12.gif

...but I'm ab-so-lu-te-nolink flattened today.
Destroyed.

It happened again, didn't it...
I let those crazy people put vodkas-on-the-rocks in front of me,
and the moral backbone went *snap*
Oi vei. zombie.gif

And of bloody course, Mr M the Choir Maestro just ordered me
down to that other favvo pub, and to bring the
tambourine and be prepared for anything. 13.gif

Wild struggle inside.

Stay on my back in relative safety,
or go down there to see what'll happen..?
Mr M always got prrretty dang good musicians with him... 13.gif

Curiosity killed the kitteh.

Upside is a 2 hour show as the single frontman on all but 1 tune
went rather well, although stamina and health not been 100%
lately.

Voice sorta carried, too.
Was prepared to die onstage, really. chuckle.gif
Place absolutely packed, grrrreat crowd of happy, dancing fans.
Gotta give'em what they want, no matter what.
Even if all the oxygen in the building is used up at song #3, something.

OK...can't resist...gotsta go to that othurr place and see what those
weirdoes got going on. Public ads just say 'Friends Making Music' chuckle.gif
Got an hour to scrape myself up
and put meself back in working order...hååååpuhhhh

...and eat sumtin', I guess... puke.gif

Just can't resist an open and free jam session 13.gif
