He then found himself in the Hotel Royale exactly as described in the novel he found in his room. He managed to survive there for 38 years, learning that the aliens created the hotel for him out of guilt

It's the episode where the away team got stuck in the old casino hotel that was created for the sole survivor of a ship who's crew was accidentally killed from some alien disease or something. The aliens felt guilty and built the casino to house him.

"The aliens felt guilty and built the casino to house him."

Sure, that's what some will take away from the episode. Another way to look at it is, they created illusionary beings to mock him until he was driven insane (something like Groundhog Day) and killed himself, his lifeless corpse rotting away into dust, the aliens knowing ahead of time a dashing band of snappy dressed humans would stumble upon their dusty joke of a corpse, and they would traverse through this fake maze to the end.

The episode ended on a low note. They should've never been tipped off to the story at all, and instead, the aliens could've created a story for them, and let it go on and on until they all slaughtered each other or retreated into private rooms and killed themselves.

If only they would've shown one episode with Worf swallowing his C0ck while wailing like the Klingons do when another Klingon dies.

The ejaculation, he swallows, and the MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!! cry AnnnnnD... CUT!

Fast forward several years and the Romulans discover the corpses and a recreated game, they die, the Klingons appear, die, etc. forever until Q and his kind discover this hotel and destroy the aliens with a long turkey headed penis from Q's loins through their skulls. The End.
