We may do that. I also love German food and beer, and your town's architecture is quite impressive. I understand it was modeled after a town in Germany, with the same name.

I would be a little wary of growing anything in city soil. I hope they plan on checking for contaminants. If so it's a great idea, but cleaning up soil can be quite costly.

Those 20 + room houses use to be single (wealthy) family homes...

But many of them were later split up into 3 family units...
