Last Summer I had retail store
That was valued at over 300,000
and it wouldnt sell
Something from soul zone didnt want to me make much of it
Then I got offered 20,000 for it
SCAM prices
I just shutdown it down instead

And then my disability would now be almost 6,000 a month
instead of really low

so over 10 years of disability being 6,000 a month
plus 300,000
Im kind of out of 1.5 million over the next 10 years

Every owner of a business ought to have an exit plan for the continuation of a business. Just saying. coffeetime.gif

I'm confused AK. You own a store that was worth $300,000, it would not sell, so you still own this property? If you do then why didn't you rent out the space?
